PRINCETON, NJ, USA — (April 16, 2026) — ETS Solutions, a division of ETS, announced today the appointment of Lena Bourgeois as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Bourgeois will lead the organization’s commercial operations, including go‑to‑market strategy, sales, marketing, client and partner experience and business development. ETS Solutions delivers innovative assessment solutions across the workforce and credentialing sectors and beyond, combining AI‑enabled capabilities, advanced research, and ETS’s longstanding heritage to help organizations measure skills and impact at scale.

Bourgeois brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial leadership, with a proven record of scaling businesses, modernizing go‑to‑market models, and building customer‑centric teams that deliver sustained results across industries. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President of Vertical Markets at Equifax where she led strategy, business development, customer relationships, and end‑to‑end delivery across financial and non‑financial sectors—driving growth, strengthening enterprise partnerships, and translating complex data capabilities into clear market value.

In her role, Bourgeois will lead the build out and execution of ETS Solutions’ commercial strategy, bringing sales, marketing, and business development together into a more integrated, high performing growth engine. She will focus on accelerating market momentum, expanding and deepening strategic partnerships through a client and partner experience group, and modernizing how ETS Solutions goes to market. Bourgeois will leverage ETS’s strong foundation of research and innovation as it looks to position ETS Solutions as an agile, commercially driven operation, one well-positioned for sustained growth and expanded global impact, while remaining firmly grounded in ETS’s mission. She will lead this work out of the organization’s Washington, DC office.
